It is best to not use/reuse the same IDs for your meetings, especially if you do not require a password to enter your meetings. This will keep unwanted participants from joining and causing disruption.

Desktop App
- Open the Zoom app and select Schedule.
- In the Schedule Meeting options, ensure Generate Automatically is selected in the Meeting ID section.
Outlook
- Open Outlook and select Schedule a Meeting in the Zoom group.
- In the Schedule Meeting options, ensure Generate Automatically is selected in the Meeting ID section.
Web Browser
- After logging in to your Zoom account, select Schedule A Meeting.
- In the Meeting ID section of the Meeting options, ensure Generate Automatically is selected.
