Issue: Client is unable to submit their decisions to accept Financial Aid. When the client presses Submit, the drop-down choices go back to Undecided and receives an error.
Error: Banner SSB: P_ACCEPT_AWARD_OFFER or NP_PROCESS ACCEPT OFFER Error
This is a known error caused by a mismatch of Financial Aid periods and the award terms. A financial aid staff member (usually an analyst) must review the awards and remove the extra term.
Create an incident in Cherwell to reschedule awards.
Financial Aid Analyst Task: Go to RPAAWRD and Select 'Reschedule' then Save.
