What is UC4? Automic (Formerly known as UC4 and still referred to as that) is our Process Automating and Task Scheduling Tool used to schedule and automate Banner processes and tasks.
How do you request access? An Katalyst request should be placed requesting automation or access. Either request will need to be routed to Enterprise Solutions to review and update Automic/UC4 as needed.
Who handles the ticket? The ticket will be assigned to Academic Software if it is student or financial aid related. It will be assigned to Administrative Software if it is Finance or HR/Payroll related.
