To gain access to BDM (Banner Document Management) you will need to reach out to the appropriate department contactso they can evaluate what level of access would be appropriate for your role. That data owner will then put in a TeamDynamix request and work with the Custom Software team for the access to be applied to the system.
If none of the areas below are appropriate for your needs, it is possible to create new folders, but that is a more involved request that would take longer to process as there is a lot of configurability available so there would need to be a needs analysis discussion to get to the bottom of how best to fulfill your needs.

If there are issues, it is usually due to not having the appropriate access. Contact the appropriate person above for the folder you are trying to work with.
Note that the permissions are not always effective right away, as some values are cached and changes can require some time to propagate through the system. Just be mindful of this if trying right away.
