Occasionally, you may need to download software from home or at a conference. To successfully install or download various software, you need to ensure you have a minimum internet connection speed of 25 mbps,
Use the following instructions to verify that you have the required internet speed for your installation or download.
- Open the web browser of your choice (Chrome, Explorer, Edge, Safari) and go to shsu.speedtest.net.
- Click GO in the middle of your screen.
- When the test starts, you will see the below screen:
- A results page will then come up showing you the status of your internet connection speed.
