Outlook: Schedule an email for Windows

Summary

This article explains how to schedule an email in Outlook for Windows.

Body

Select New Email from the Home tab to start a new email.

Once the email has been created with recipient, subject and body:

  1. Select Options
  2. Select Delay Delivery

In the Delivery options of the Properties,

  1. Ensure Do no deliver before is checked and the date and time the email needs to be sent is set
  2. Select Close

Select SendPlease note, once the Send button is selected, the email is scheduled.
