Outlook: Automatic Photo Download

This article explains how to set up Safe Senders so photos will be automatically downloaded in Outlook.

Outlook can automatically download photos from anyone with the @shsu domain or other email addresses. To enable this, follow these steps:

1. Click Home
2. Select Junk or select the Junk icon.
3. Click Junk Mail Options.
4. Select the Safe Senders tab and select Add.
5. Type @shsu.edu in the blank box.
6. Click OK.

On the next screen,

1. Verify @shsu.edu is listed.
2. Click Apply.
3. Then select OK.
