Outlook: Calendar Permissions

Summary

This article explains how to change calendar permissions in Outlook.

Body

  1. Select Calendar from the Navigation Pane at the bottom of the Folder Pane or Compact View.
  2. On the toolbar, select the Calendar Permissions option.
  3. Select the Permissions tab. (The current list of those with access to the calendar and their permission level will be displayed.)

To update the options:

  1. Selecting their name of the contact. 
  2. Change the permission level.
  3. Click OK.
