If you are in a classroom with a touch panel for classroom technology, you can press the Help button on the panel.
The touch panels are currently being updated to provide specific details on how issues that you may be experiencing. If the panel has been updated, you will see the following options. Select the issue you are having. If the issue is not listed, select the IT@Sam Contact info for information on how to reach out for additional assistance.
