EduNav - General Information

Summary

EduNav supports students and their advisors to create a personalized education plan. Leveraging data from your existing SIS and degree audit systems, EduNav evaluates a students intended degree and completed course work, and provides a optimized plan for completing the degree.

Body

This system is run and supported directly by the vendor.  All student support is handled by the Registrar's office.  
 
Calls received at the Service Desk for support will be classified under Application > ERP Software > Report Issue. In the event of an outage, EduNav will contact the Service Desk. 
 
Technical Leads will contact the Registrar' s office who has the access to submit a support ticket to EduNav.
 
Student calls for registration support should be routed to the Registrar's office.  The Registrar's office can help the student register or submit a support ticket to EduNav.  IT should not be registering students using a workaround without first being instructed to do so by the Registrar's office. 
 
EduNav is currently being rolled out to students by major and eventually Masters and Doctorate programs will be the only cases where students use Banner to register for classes.
