Existing Monitor Arm
If monitor arm has already been installed and the request is to move the monitor arm, Tech Shop will respond to assess if the monitor arm can be moved and re-installed. If it is determined that the monitor arm cannot be easily moved the client will submit a request to Facilities to move/install the monitor arm.
New Monitor Arms
Client will need to submit a Facilities work order to install monitor arm since this is considered furniture.
Once the monitor arm has been installed Tech Shop can attach monitor to arm.
*Note* iMac's cannot be mounted to a monitor arm.
