Troubleshooting Registration Issues
If you have already referenced the registration resources and are still having issues, then do the following:
Are you receiving any error messages?
If you are receiving an error message stating that your "Web Access is Denied/Disabled," Please give us a call at 936.294.1950. Otherwise, refer to the Registration Error Messages and Hold Solutions page (https://www.shsu.edu/dept/registrar/students/registration/error_messages).
