Monitoring VOE Activity
·Our online client portal is an excellent resource to monitor VOE activity for your organization.
·As a reminder, you can access the online Employer Portal by visiting https://experian.shsu.edu/
and clicking on 'Authorize and Login' once you receive your Authorization code.
·Please let Cassie know if you would like a password reset email sent to you or simply click ‘Resend Code’ on the login screen
·Attached is the Employer Portal Quick Reference Guide for guidance when navigating the portal.

VOE Requests
·Commercial verifier requests should be directed to https://www.experianverify.com/
