Summary
User processes a form in Banner and desires to print the results. They select the Tools icon and choose Print. Initially, the form may appear in portrait and has to be switched to landscape. Even after switching to landscape, when the document is printed, the right-hand columns are cut off from the printout.

This issue has been reported to Ellucian under Ellucian case 01797384.
In their response, Ellucian does not consider this to be a defect. The forms have been designed to used in multiple platforms and as such, printing becomes a problem. At this time, they have no intention of doing anything to resolve the issue, since the forms are intended to be viewed and not printed.
They provided the attached .pdf document concerning the issue. However there are issues even with that. Their solutions are:
·Take a screen shot
·Export to Excel - This works, but the concern here is that none of the column headings are exported. The user will need to key in their own column headings, if they are necessary.
·Print to .pdf by selecting one of the PDF printers. - This solution will work, but has the same issues as printing to paper. The workaround listed below still has to be performed, but the user will simply be printing to .pdf instead of paper.
The only work-around we have found is to:
·In print preview, rotate the image to landscape
·Reduce the scale to the point where the entire contents of the form are displayed. Most of the time 50% will work. - Note that the Microsoft Edge browser has minimal choices on scale. In one instance we had to choose 50% and then also choose Narrow Margins in order for the entire document to print. Other browsers, such as Chrome allow more flexibility regarding scale.
