Laptop battery is not working
Test to make sure it is the battery by placing it in another similar laptop.
If it needs to be replaced, Dell only warranties the laptops for one year after purchase date. We can provide the department a quote for the purchase of a new battery. Create a service request and assign it to Asset Management for quote. Be sure to include the following information:
·Service Tag
·Orange Tag
·Serial Number
·Brand
