Building access is granted by Facilities Management using the Key Tracking System that is located in Sam Web. <https://samweb.shsu.edu/keys02wp/request.php>.
To request access:
1. Log into SamWeb
2. Select "Facilities Management"
3. Click "Key Tracking System" --> "User Menu" --> "Request Key"
When requesting access, please note the following:
- The key tracking system will only be visible to employees of SHSU.
- You will need your department's FOP number to proceed with requesting a key.
- The option to request a physical key as well as Card Access may be available for certain rooms. Card Access will be denoted with "CARD."
