What is it?
PerfectForms is a form/workflow program. It is designed to help with routing forms to where they need to go quickly, as well as, assist with the transfer to a "paperless" workplace
Who Uses It?
Comptroller's office uses it for FO19 forms, Travel Office is testing it for a new travel form, and the Registrars Office uses it for a "Change of Major" form
Possible issue and the current workaround for it below:
Problem:
Client gets the following error message when trying to fill out an FO-19 eForm
"The error message has been stored, please contact support or administrator"
Workaround:
The current workaround is to have the client close the browser re-open it before trying to fill out the form.
