BDM: Failed to load scanner

Summary

The "Failed to load scanner." error message appears when trying to scan documents in BDM.

Body

1.  Power cycle the scanner & computer.
2.  Have the client log back in and try to scan in BDMS.
 
If the above doesn't work, try the following:
 
1. Remove the client's local profile from the computer.
2. Reboot the computer.
3. Have the client log back in and try to scan in BDMS.
