Access W-2 Form Electronically

Employee and student workers of Sam Houston can elect to have their W-2 sent to them electronically.

To access an electronic W-2 online, you will first need to give consent that you wish to receive it online. You can do this by logging in to MySam.shsu.edu, go to the Banner for Employees card, then open the Banner Employee Profile. Click on the Taxes tab and then on Electronic Regulatory Consent. Check the box to enable your electronic W-2 consent and click Submit.

 

To view the W-2, log in to MySam.shsu.edu, go to the Banner for Employees card, then open the Banner Employee Profile. Click on the Taxes tab and then on W-2 Wage and Tax Statement. Then choose the tax year you want to view and click Submit.
