Student unable to be forwarded to Clearinghouse for enrollment certification

The Clearinghouse that provides verification of enrollment documents requires an SSN to identify a student. This issue is often because SHSU does not presently have an SSN on file for the student, so we can not successfully forward them to the Clearinghouse.  
 
To provide an SSN, the student can contact the Registrar's Office. Any questions can be directed to the Student Account office at 936-294-1087.
