Block Call

SHSU IT@Sam generally does not block incoming calls, most spam callers will frequently change their caller ID to a different number negating any blocking effect. Harassing calls from numbers can be reviewed and temporarily blocked. Submit a ticket with the calling number, date, and times to have a number reviewed for blocking. Clients should consider filing a police report with UPD for harassing behaviour.

Clients may receive unwanted phone calls and wish to block the numbers that the calls are originating from.
