The user has been provisioned through active directory for Adobe Sign and can be seen as provisioned in the Adobe Console. However, when searching for users in the Adobe Sign application through Account/Users they do not show up

Clients report they have lost access to Adobe Sign. Upon investigations, these users are trying to access Adobe Sign from the sign tool in Adobe Acrobat. Adobe has changed Acrobat such that this feature now requires an Adobe Sign license to use.
