O365: Add a Shared Mailbox in Outlook on Mobile Device

If a shared email account has been migrated to the cloud, you can now access the shared mailbox on mobile devices using the Outlook app.

  1. Open the Outlook app on your mobile devices and select the accounts icon in the upper left corner.
  2. Select Add Shared Mailbox.
  3. Enter the shared mailbox email address
  4. Select Add Shared Mailbox
  5. Confirm the shared mailbox address is correctly entered.
  6. Click the X in the upper left corner to close Settings.

The shared mailbox account will be listed in the account list.
