AirMedia allows classroom instructors to connect to laptops and smart devices such as tablets and mobile phones wirelessly.
Connect an iPhone to AirMedia
- Open the browser on the device and enter the IP address listed in the classroom in the browser.
- Select Start Presenting.

If you have the AirMedia app, it will open automatically. If it does not launch or you do not have it, select the iOS button in the browser.

If you do not have the AirMedia app, you will need to install it from the App Store.

Once the app is installed, open the App and select Agree to acknowledge and agree to the Terms of Use. (First time using app only)

On the Session delegation options,
- Select Deny, so that others cannot start presenting during your presentation.
- Select OK.

On the following screen, enter the IP address listed in the classroom

On the next screen,
- Enter the PIN for the AirMedia which will be displayed on the projector screen.
- Select OK.

If the device does not begin projecting, screen mirroring may need to be enabled. To do that, open the device Control Center by dragging from the upper right corner of the screen to the lower left of the screen. Select the screen mirroring icon.

On the screen mirroring options, select the option listed with the IP address entered earlier in the app.

The device will connect to AirMedia.

On the next screen,
- Enter the PIN for the AirMedia which will be displayed on the projector screen.
- Select OK.

The device screen will now be displayed on the projector screen.
