COGNOS: Transaction History|FINDMR004 Report Prompt Pages Not Functioning

When attempting to run the Transaction History report (Transaction History|FINDMR004) and after clicking 'Next', the second prompt page appears but the user cannot click into field or use any button.

Solution: The first prompt page is too long for proper processing. On the first prompt page, the user has to change the zoom on the page to less than 100% so that the full page is visible. The prompt pages will then work properly.
