Banner Financial Aid

What is it?
 
Banner Financial Aid is the primary system to award and disburse Federal, State, and Institutional Grants, Loans, and Scholarships. Each program is administered by multiple functional areas within Financial Aid
 
All questions from students should be routed through the Financial Aid Office. The Financial Aid Office will contact IT if necessary.
 
How do you check on this system?
To verify Banner Financial Aid is accessible, ensure job submission and Banner Administrative Applications (AppNav) is working as expected. This can be done by executing GJRRPTS (parameter 01 – R%, parameter 02 – Y) and by navigating to the ROARMAN form. Any further testing will need to be performed by Financial Aid staff, as it would materially change student information.
