Classroom Technology Support
 
Classroom Technology Support is achieved through immediate support.  Immediate support is provided in rooms where an active class is in session where there is a technical issue(s).  A technician will be dispatched and respond as soon as a technician is available within normal business hours.
 
Faculty can call the Service Desk at 936-294-HELP (4357) or submit a remote support session (https://support.shsu.edu) by clicking on the IT Tech Support icon on the desktop.  When an issue is reported, faculty are require to provide the necessary information in order to receive Classroom Technology Support.
