If a client is no longer employed with SHSU but is still receiving talent management training emails:
Have the client reach out to their previous employer/department. The issue is most likely that the client hasn't been properly separated from their previous department.
If the client does not want to contact their previous employer, please have them send an email to hrtraining@shsu.edu with the following information:
SAMID
A statement saying that they are still receiving talent management training emails even though they are no longer employed by the University.
If a supervisor is receiving talent management training emails for faculty/staff members who they do not supervise:
Have the client reach out to HR via an email to hrtraining@shsu.edu. HR will get in touch with the appropriate departments and individuals to get the issue resolved.
