To determine the assigned extension or shared mailbox assigned to a user, do the following:
·Log into https://samweb.shsu.edu/acct13wp/
·Enter the SamID in the account information section and click on Search
·Scroll down to the Communications section
·The assigned extension and shared mailbox should display below.
