Point-N-Click is a cloud hosted service.
Propharm is an SHSU datacenter hosted service.
There is a vendor supported integration between the two that functions via VPN tunnel.
A) Client reports that ProPharm/Point-N-Click are not communicating.
---Verify with networking that the VPN tunnel is functioning.
---Verify with server admin team that services on the ProPharm server are running.
---Direct client to contact Point-N-Click support (support@pointnclick.com ) and ProPharm Support ( propharm@kalos-inc.com ) to investigate the issue. Provide methodology for them to use to contact SHSU Operations/Server Administration if they need access to the SHSU hosted ProPharm server.
B) Client reports issues with SSO.
---Direct client to contact Point-N-Click support (support@pointnclick.com ) to investigate the issue. They will need to create an account and submit ticket.
C) Client reports issue with Demographic Load to Point-N-Click.
---Route ticket to Enterprise Services/Legacy Custom Software.
D) Client reports issue with Charges Load from ProPharm to Point-N-Clickt.
---Direct client to ProPharm Support ( propharm@kalos-inc.com ) to investigate the issue. Provide methodology for them to use to contact SHSU Operations/Server Administration if they need access to the SHSU hosted ProPharm server.
E) Client reports issue with Charges Load from Point-N-Click to Banner.
---Route ticket to Enterprise Services/Legacy Custom Software.
F) Client requests a restart to the Propharm Network Service - ADT (listed in Services.msc on the WinProPharm01 server) in order for configuration setting changes to take effect.
---Route ticket to Server Admin
G) Client reports issue with not being able to access the patient portal. Error "Your must activate your SHSU email before you can login".
--Direct client to Health Center to investigate issue.
