Use the below instructions set up or change your voicemail greeting.
Personal Line
On-Campus:
- Ensure the PIN is set up.
- Select the messages button on the phone
- When prompted, select option 4 (Setup Options)
- Then select option 1 (Change Greeting) and follow the prompt
Off-Campus:
- Ensure the PIN is set up.
- Dial 936-496-MAIL(6245)
- Press *, then enter the phone extension (Ex. *43476)
- When prompted, select option 4 (Setup Options)
- Then select option 1 (Change Greeting) and follow the prompt
Shared Department Line
On-Campus:
- Ensure the PIN is set up.
- Select the messages button on the phone.
- Enter * and the phone extension (Ex. *43476).
- When prompted, select option 4 (Setup Options).
- Then select option 1 (Change Greeting) and follow the prompt.
Off-Campus:
- Ensure the PIN is set up.
- Dial 936-496-MAIL(6245).
- Press *, then enter the phone extension (Ex. *43476).
- When prompted, select option 4 (Setup Options).
- Then select option 1 (Change Greeting) and follow the prompt.
