Workaround:
The workaround for this issue is to first 1) wait for the refresh to either complete or to time-out. This may take up to 5mins. to complete. 2) If a time-out is received, close out of the browser and re-enter Banner. Check the student schedule to confirm that course changes have been committed. 3) If no courses have been committed, open a ticket so an Analyst can determine other issues that may be causing the time-out error.
